With so proud our Channels promote Indian Films and Indian Dramas also.... Is indian content is not threat for our Drama Industry ???? And if it is then WHY our artist Quiet on Indian Content ?????
And i want to told you an important info that URDU 1 has legal rights to onair Foreign Content then What about Local Channels ????

I saw the morning show of Faisal Qureshi he onair said at live morning show that if people see our actresses in vulger dressing then people critisized  them . . .
And if foreign actresses  are wearing vulger not acceptable dresses then people said "its okay" these aren't from our country . . .

Kitchen Queen

Today was a holiday and i played Kitchen Queen.Being busy with studies,I cherish every holiday that is sent my way.it just happened that mom had a plan to visit some relatives in the morning, which meant that that the kitchen was all mine.It was one of those rare times when I was left alone to my devices in the kitchen without any interference or advice on how I being going about my way.Don't you  just like the feeling of queening over the kitchen?

I decided on making some desi style Chinese food. So i made some vegetable fried rice ,chicken soup and some pasta. Desert is a must in my household, but after all this effort, I found it tiresome to make some from scratch so  i made some instant pudding.

I am kind of bored with the typical stir fried vegetable desi Chinese style noodles/spaghetti/macaroni/pasta, therefore I made some pasta inspired by Thai food. The recipe I used is an adaption of Spicy Thai Noodles.

I would omit the green onions next time I make these, because I don't like the strong after taste of green
onions.....

RECIPE:
Ingredients:

1 packet (400 gm) pasta *any shape*
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
4-5 tbsp soya sauce
4-5 tbsp honey
salt, to taste
Red chilli powder,optional
3-4 dry red chillies,optional
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup carrot, cut into thin strips and boiled for 1 minute
3 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds,roasted

Method:

Boil past according to directions. Set aside.

Heat oil and red chillies flakes for couple of minute over medium heat.Don't  let the red chilli flakes burn. Strain the oil to remove red chilli flakes, and reserve the oil.Add soya sauce and honey in teh oil and mix.

Pour the sauce in a pot. ad the boiled pasta and place it on a medium flame. Add the green onions, shredded carrots, and the cilantro. Toss lightly. Add some salt and mix. Taste, if it is not hot enough you can add red chilli powder Or you can break some red chillies ans add the seeds. (I did the both :D )

Sprinkle the sesame seeds and toss the pasta around.Dish out in a platter. SERVE WARM

Happy Cooking..!!!!!

RESCUES AND TIPS FOR YOU

Tips for Dark Elbows

Dark elbows can affect your self-confidence and force you into hiding them with long-sleeved shirts. Elbows are often ignored when considering hygiene and grooming. Dead skin cells build up, and the area darkens. Friction of the elbows against hard and abrasive surfaces may also cause darker skin. To lighten the skin on your elbows, consider several at-home and in-office treatments.

Lemons Rescue

Lemon juice is a natural skin-lightening treatment. The acidic juice contains enzymes that exfoliate and bleach the skin. Cut a lemon in half and rub it on your elbows. Leave the juice on your elbows for up to 15 minutes before washing it off with water. Repeating this process daily will gradually lighten the skin on your elbows. For a more aggressive scrub, dip the lemon half in salt before rubbing it on your elbows.

Commercial Remedies
Commercial skin bleaching creams are available over-the-counter in a wide range of prices. Following package directions for applying the cream to the affected area may lighten the skin. Look for creams that focus on dark elbows. If over-the-counter creams don't seem to work, visit a dermatologist. He can provide you with a prescription-strength bleaching cream.

Prevention
You can prevent dark elbows by not leaning on them when sitting or lying down. Avoid using them to balance the weight of your body. Apply sunscreen to your elbows when you go outdoors. Elbows are dry, similar to your knees, and the sun will darken them faster than the rest of your body. Washing your elbows with warm water and soap will keep them clean. Exfoliating them regularly, with a loofah, helps keep dead skin at bay. Apply moisturizer to your elbows daily to soften the skin.

Tips For A Glowing Skin

You may have relied on those beauty products accessible in market, but they have just been a disappointment to your skin apart from being costly, right? So here are a few homemade beauty tips that can bring a wonderful glow to your skin:
1. Honey mask: You might not feel like applying the sticky honey over your skin, but the ingredients present in honey provide an excellent glow to the skin and neck.
2. Banana Mask: This is considered another method to obtain a fresh, glowing complexion. You will just have to mash one banana and mix it with milk in order to form a paste. Apply this over skin and leave for 20 minutes.
3. Orange peel: An excellent homemade option. Just grind the skin of an orange in a blender and apply it over your skin until the past dries.
Finally apart from following these homemade beauty tips, drink plenty of water, sleep properly, and exercise regularly to achieve the best glowing skin!

Onion juice for hair:

This is the oldest and the most efficient hair growth treatment. Onion juice is rich in sulphur, which boosts the production of the collagen tissues and thus helps in the re-growth of hair.
You can use red onions or shallots by chopping it into small pieces and then squeezing out its juice. Then apply it on your scalp and keep for 15 minutes. Finally rinse off with a mild shampoo. Here is an excellent post on how onion helps hair growth.

Foot Mask :

If you skin can get all your attention, why can’t your feet? Now try this mask for your feet as well. Mix 4 tbsp of fullers’ earth or multani mitti and along with it add 2drops of lavender or jasmine oil and half a teaspoon of turmeric and dried crushed neem leaves about 1tbsp (sp. For monsoon since neem and turmeric contain anti-bacterial properties) ,and mix with warm water and make a paste , apply on clean dry feet for 20 minutes to 30 minutes and wash off , pat dry . Massage with olive oil. Get the wonderful feet you always longed for.

Dark neck home remedies

When we pamper our facial skinwith regular parlor facials and massage treatment, we don’t care enough about the neck part. Many women nowadays, while washing their face never splash water on their neck along. What about moisturizing? Is moisturizing facial skin just enough? This low maintenance of the neckskin results in dark ugly patches, wrinkles and other blemishes. However, beautiful is your facial skin texture is a bad neck look would spoil your first impression by others. Let us check what can be done at home to protect and pamper the neck skin naturally.

Lemon Juice
Haven’t you ever heard about lemon having the natural bleaching properties? They can certainly help in fading the neck darkness quite naturally. Mix equal parts of lemon juice and rose water. Apply this serum on your dark neck skin and go to bed at night everyday. Do this daily for a month or so, to see visible lightening results.

Oats Scrub
Before starting any nourishment treatment, there is a need of removing the dead cells those have formed already due to improper maintenance. If you wouldn’t have taken care of your neck that much, it would have filled with more and more of waste accumulated dead cells by now. Let us scrub away them with a magical kitchen ingredient called ‘oats’. You have to simply grind oats coarsely and add a dash of tomato puree to it. Make sure not to grind oats as powder fine powder as it might loose the exfoliating properties.

Applythis mixture evenly on to your neck skin and leave it for about 20 minutes. After that, wet your finger tips and start scrubbing your neck gently; wash away with cold water and moisturizer. This process can be followed twice or thrice a week to achieve faster results in removing dead cells and dark patches from the neck.

Tit bits to follow:

Take a resolution to wash your neck every time you wash your face

Never hide the facial moisturizer from your neck skin

Heat almond oil and massage your neck once in a month for better blood circulation and glow

Doesn’t your neck mind the harmful UV rays? Your neck skin needs sunscreen too, so never say no to sunscreen lotion and make your neck suffer.

Last but not the least; do not wear allergic metal ornaments or other street bought chains on your neck that causes neck darkening.

The vampire woman

Cristema before tattooing
She's been nicknamed The Vampire Woman, but there was a time when Maria Jose Cristema was simply known as a lawyer. She's also been dubbed the world's "Most Modified" female, and it was certainly easy to see why when "Taboo" showed her story. Now 35-years old, Cristema has tattooed nearly 100% of her body, has implanted multiple horns into her head, has embedded implants on her chest and arms, and even implanted teeth to give herself vampiric fangs.
Cristema admitted that 'she was in an abusive relationship', and that "tattoos were a form of liberation from me'. She was married at 17 and has trained as a lawyer, but she gave all of that up as she 'Re-invented' her physical appearance.
Now, Cristema is a mother of four who says she lives a "normal life", while running a tattoo shop. "The strongest criticism that she have gotten is that she's incapable of taking care of her children", she said on the show, though there's no clear reason to associate her aesthetic choices with her parenting skills

Love HuMaNiTy AnD showing KiNdNeSs….

Mostly when we talk about love something comes in the mind of many people, the love between two younger people. Yes this is true! But here I am talking about to love humanity , showing kindness to others. Some time I was thinking that we are a human being but the humanity was missing from us because most of them many people are very selfish and always think to give benefits to his self. But not all of them are selfish and it was showing in this picture the importance of life that how he safe life of an animal it was a that deed which our HOLY PROPHET (S.A.W) gave us.
Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive. Dalai Lama

Everyone has a heart and it feels very much. Many people were mostly depressed but they don’t know the reason of their depression even I am also facing this problem. And the best solution of this problem is to help others it gives inner peacefulness and satisfaction to you.
You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty. Mahatma Gandhi

Sometime we want to change something in somebody, if you want to leave some bad habits from anyone  you are not given an order to him to leave the bad habits but you will be showing kindness to  him  it's a little bit difficult but slowly slowly slowly it applies and the result comes into your favor.

Whenever you help anyone so don’t be thinking or thought that in returns its giving you an equal and opposite come back. Who we're helping others to take the benefit and in the sense of showing to others that I am very loving person, I hate such people they are called selfish and show their lower character. Always treats everyone equally without involving yourself.

The world needs love. People need love. Children need love, especially they need to love their parents siblings and community. They need love so they may grow up to be leaders of tomorrow. For this always remember your good memories it gives us hope and courage.
Love gives them peace. Peace gives them courage. Courage give them hope. Hope gives them imagination. Imagination gives them dreams. And dreams gives them the ability to create positive change. without love, there is nothing.
If you think the future beings tomorrow, you're wrong. The future has already begun.

And the end but not the least one picture is for you for all my friends.

HISTORY OF HIGH HEELS

The high-heeled shoe, or a shoe whose heel is higher than the toe, is a matter of contentious and heated discussion. Shoes in general have typically served as markers of gender, class, race, and ethnicity--and both the foot and the shoe have been imbued with powerful phallic and fertility symbols as evidenced in the contemporary practice of tying shoes to a newlywed couple’s car. No other shoe, however, has gestured toward leisure, sexuality, and sophistication as much as the high-heeled shoe. Fraught with contradiction, heels paradoxically inhibit movement in order to increase it, at least in appearance. Standing in heels, a woman presents herself already half-walking while at the same time reducing the length of her step, fostering the illusion of speed while suggesting the promise of an imminent fall. The higher and more unstable the heel, the more clearly these contradictions are expressed (Kunzle 2004). Doctors and scholars alike have argued about the physical and cultural effect, both positive and negative,of high heels effects.

 Precursors to the High-Heeled Shoe

Most of the lower class in ancient Egypt walked barefoot, but figures on murals dating from 3500 B.C. depict an early version of shoes worn mostly by the higher classes. These were leather pieces held together with lacing that was often arranged to look like the symbol of “Ankh,” which represents life. But there are also some depictions of both upper-class males and females wearing heels, probably for ceremonial purposes. Egyptian butchers also wore heels, to help them walk above the blood of dead beasts.  ve had not only on women, but on society as a whole.

King Louis XIV
Formal Invention of High Heels as FashionIn the early 1700s, France's King Louis XIV (The Sun King) would often wear intricate heels decorated with miniature battle scenes.

The formal invention of high heels as fashion is typically attributed to the rather
short-statured Catherine de Medici (1519-1589). At the age of 14, Catherine de Medici was engaged to the powerful Duke of Orleans, later the King of France. She was small (not quite five feet) relative to the Duke and hardly considered a beauty. She felt insecure in the arranged marriage knowing she would be the Queen of the French Court and in competition with the Duke’s favorite (and significantly taller) mistress, Diane de Poitiers

IDuring early 1700s, France’s Kind Louis XIV who is the Sun King is known to wear intricate heels that are embroidered with miniature battle scenes. This shoe is called as “Louis Heels” and as tall as five inches. The king then announced that only the noble could wear heels coming in color red and there should be no heels higher than his should.

Aside from this, the novelist Restif de Bretonne created a big emphasis on the finely arched foot by creating curved high heels. This allowed many women to taped their feet to lessen their sizes. Comparable to a corset, it is a known fact that high heels can sculpt the body to make it look more pure, aristocratic, and desirable. This sexual nature of the high heels became famous too to the Puritans. There is even a law that bans women from using high heels in order to attract men. Otherwise, they will be looked as a witch. It is only in the mid 1800s when American finally caught the European craze for high heels.

1553-1558
Blood Mary or Mary Tudor would wear high heels. During this period, high heels are for both sexes.

Another look at historyWhile lower heels were preferred during the late 60s and 70s, higher heels returned in the 1980s and early 1990s. Specifically, Manolo Blahnik’s high-heeled shoes were seen everywhere on the catwalks as new designers started to rethink high heels. As opulent television shows such as Dallas and Dynasty suggested, excess was the hallmark of the 1980s. While flat shoes were likely worn in the corporate culture, more sophisticated designer high heels were still sign of Yuppie success. While designers who helped create the very tall heels of the 1990s, such as Jimmy Choo and Emma Hope, rode into that decade on this profitable trend, by the late 1990s heels started to decline once again as the hippie revival emphasized comfort over fashion (West 1993).

Ancient discovery.

3 Seconds to Attract Men's Attention

There are many ways to attract men’s attention. Generally, men likes women because of their physical attribute or 'SOMETHING' THEY WEAR. However, women’s physical attributes will not be discussed in this article, on the other hand, we will discuss ‘something’ they wear.
For instance when we are selling a product to customers, we have to think how to at least catch the eye of the customers. Same thing goes for women. What do you have to wear to attract men’s attention ? SOMETHING RELATED TO 'SEXY' WORD, like sexy dress, sexy skirt or sexy high heels.
Wearing high heels with MINIMUM 3 INCH HEIGHT is the most effective. You have to choose something UNIQUE, different from the others to attract attention. A heel with normal height (below 3 inch) will seem ordinary because every woman wears it. See the article : sexy high heels – 5 things why so many men are mad about them.
If you have never used it before, there is no need to worry because there is a first time for everything. You can also read ‘how to walk confidently in sexy high heels’.
So, now you don’t have to worry about how to attract men’s attention. Use your high heels. After you wear it, in 3 second you will catch the eyes of men.
Another metaphor about how big the influence of this high heels to you : you may spend a lot of time to get beautiful make ups on your face, but if you still use ordinary heels, you are still second to others who put ordinary make ups on their face but using sexy high heels.

Have a try !
