"Lollywood Remade Telefilms Ahead"

Being a Pakistani, I thought it’s better to write on our own country’s industry rather than on bollywood or Hollywood.  By the progress lollywood industry is on under developing from 1950’s to still. I think it’s a lack of budgets, proper screening, quality scripts, same actors in all films, same stories, and the most important thing is that the movies were very far away from realities. In 2000’s concept of Pakistani films even flopped. People start praising and watching bollywood films. But some were the master pieces of our industry too, and this credit goes to our legends like: Wahid Muraad, M.Ali, Zaiba, Sabiha, Suntohs and so on…

But now Geo Films and Tarang foods have taken very positive steps by remaking six of these unforgettable classics as telefilms, by which they trying to make level high of Lollywood. The films which have been remade as telefilms include Aaina, Deewar Bhabbi, Arman, Abhi tu Mein Jawan Houn, Anjuman and Dil Mera Dharkan Teri.
Especially “Armaan” big hit of its time. This was the 1st Pakistani movie which was completed within 75 weeks and got 6 awards.
"koko korina" from Arman and "Abhi tu mein jawan hun" from Abhi tu mein jawan hun were the thriller songs and still.

All these 6 movies has their own places, and credit of these films goes to writers, producers and especially to Waheed Muraad.
Remade of these classics are leading by Fawad Khan, Aamina Shiekh, Atiqa Udho, Bushra Ansari, Mekaal, Ayesha Khan, Sara Loren, Imran Abbas, Soha, Ahsan Khan, Sarwat, Sanam and last but not the least Saima....
Thanks to Geo and Tarang foods. All of these telefilms are going to bring back old memories and will bring some fun and entertainment our way. :)
